Refund Policy

Understand your rights and our refund process before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a product has been delivered.

1. Digital Products

Because license keys/products are delivered electronically and can be copied, we do not offer refunds once a key has been issued or accessed.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases can be refunded at any time before the product is officially released and delivered, since no key/access has been provided yet. Contact us via Discord to request a pre-order refund.

3. Non-Delivery

If you did not receive your product due to a technical error on our end, contact support and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support will result in a permanent ban from our services.
